TPO Roofing
Our primary recommendation for flat and low-slope commercial roofs. Handles freeze-thaw cycles, summer heat, and heavy snow loads without the maintenance burden of older systems. Energy-efficient, durable, and manufacturer-warranted.
Metal Roofing
One of the longest-lasting commercial options available. Performs well under the wind and snow loads common across Eastern Washington and North Idaho. We handle new metal installations and repairs on existing systems.
Asphalt Shingle Roofing
Not every commercial building has a flat roof. Churches, smaller office buildings, multi-unit properties, and mixed-use buildings with pitched roofs often use asphalt shingles — and we handle those the same way we handle everything else. GAF-certified installation backed by a 10-year workmanship warranty.
EPDM
We work with EPDM on existing systems or where the application calls for it. If you're starting fresh we'll usually recommend TPO — but we'll tell you which makes more sense for your building after we look at it.

We come out, walk the entire roof, and document everything with photos. You get a clear written scope of work and an itemized estimate before anything is approved or scheduled.
2) Scheduled Around Your Operations
We work around your business hours, tenant schedules, and any access requirements. You’ll know exactly when we’re starting, what days we’re on site, and how long the job will take.
3) Clean Completion and Warranty
We keep the job site clean throughout, do a full debris sweep on completion, and hand you a written workmanship warranty when the job is done. Direct contact with our team the whole way.

TPO, metal, asphalt shingles, and EPDM. TPO is what we recommend for most flat and low-slope commercial roofs in our climate. For pitched commercial buildings — churches, office buildings, multi-unit properties — we install GAF-certified asphalt shingles with the same workmanship warranty we carry on residential work. We'll tell you which system is right for your building after the inspection.
Both. If a repair is the right call we'll tell you that — even if it means a smaller job for us. If replacement makes more sense long-term we'll show you exactly why.
We schedule around your operations, keep a clean job site throughout, and communicate directly at every stage. If timing or access matters for your tenants or business hours we plan around it from the start.
Yes. Fully licensed and insured in both states with active liability and workers' comp coverage on every project.
Yes. We document damage with photos, work directly with your adjuster, and make sure covered damage gets properly submitted. We'll tell you during the inspection whether what we're seeing qualifies as a claim.
