Generally, if your roof is 20+ years old, has problems in multiple spots, or you've patched the same leak more than once, replacement is likely the smarter call. We'll tell you straight after we look, and we won't push a replacement if a repair is all you need.
Most full replacements in Spokane and North Idaho run $8,000 to $18,000. What moves the number is square footage, roof pitch, how many layers are coming off, and whether there's damage to the decking underneath. We walk your roof, take photos of everything, and give you an itemized estimate before you commit to anything. If something can wait, we'll tell you that too. Financing is also available if you'd rather not pay it all upfront.
Most jobs are done in 1–2 days. We protect your landscaping, clean up daily, and send photos when it's complete. The only sign we were there is your beautiful new roof.

Yes we do. If a windstorm, fallen branch, or ice took out part of your roof, there's a real chance insurance covers most of it. If it's worn out from age, it probably won't, and we'll say so instead of filing something that gets denied. When there is a claim, we handle the photos, documentation, and the adjuster visit.
