Minor repairs — a few missing shingles, small leak, flashing fix — typically run $150–$500. Larger repairs involving storm damage or multiple problem areas can run $500–$2,500+. Every quote is written and itemized before we touch anything. You'll know exactly what we are fixing and how much it will cost.
Usually within 24–48 hours. If you have water actively coming in, call us directly because we prioritize urgent situations and can often get out same-day. Most repairs are completed the same day or the day after the inspection.

Yes, for larger repairs and replacements. Terms go up to 12 years and funding can come through in as little as 24 hours. Smaller repairs usually aren't worth financing, and we'll tell you if that's the case.
